Katie Lander is Tree Tracer's primary researcher.  Katie holds a BEd(Hons) from the University of Surrey and is a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the Society of Genealogists and Hampshire Genealogical Society.  She has been researching her own family history, which extends over England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, for over 20 years.  Katie has moved on from a career in education to become a professional genealogist.

Dave Lander occasionally assists with research tasks.  Dave holds an MSc from the University of Strathclyde and a Postgraduate Diploma from Lancaster University.  He is a member of the Society of Genealogists and Hampshire Genealogical Society, and has also been researching his family history for over 20 years.  Dave has a particular specialism in military research, having worked as a defence analyst for over 30 years.
