Please do not make any payments for research until we have agreed a fixed price package or bespoke research package with you.
Once a package or proposal has been agreed then a 50% deposit will be payable before the research begins. When the research is complete the remaining balance will be payable before the research report is delivered to you.
For fixed price packages you may choose to pay the full amount in one payment.
There are two methods of payment: electronic bank transfer or PayPal (which includes the option of paying by credit or debit card). For overseas customers we only accept PayPal payments.

For bespoke research the deposit is 50% of the fee agreed for the task and the final payment is the balance of the payment for the task as notified to you by Tree Tracers.
